It’s vital that you are honest in relating any underlying issues or conditions before signing up for any programs.
It’s important to also consult with your practitioner that you are working with a health coach as to ascertain if there are any issues you or I should be aware of.
Clients must be prepared and make time to work on their health goals at least 1 hour a day.
Clients must work hand in hand in completing all home- learning activities suggested by the coach and clients.
It’s also important for clients to be open minded to trying different strategies to reach their goals.
