Is this a fitness programme?
Not primarily. Life Reset is an identity and whole-life transformation. Fitness and nutrition are introduced as tools in Phase 3 (Rebuild) — after you have done the deeper identity and nervous system work that makes physical change actually sustainable.
How much time do I need each week?
The programme is designed to fit around your real life. You will need time for the module content, weekly reflection work, and the bi-weekly group calls. Everything is self-paced — you go at the pace that works for you.
Why is the cohort limited to 10 women?
Because transformation is not a numbers game. A small, intimate cohort means you receive real attention, personalised support, and genuine community — not just content access.
What does twice-weekly accountability look like?
You will receive check-ins and voice-note based accountability twice a week. This keeps you connected, honest, and supported in between group coaching calls throughout the full 6 months.
Do the prices include VAT?
