These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and participation in all programs, courses, coaching services, and digital products offered by Coach Titilayo under Food Creates Fitness Ltd.

Life Reset (Cohort Programs)
Body Transformation Programs
Group Coaching Programs
1:1 Coaching Services
Self-Led Digital Courses
Guides, PDFs, Audio, and Video Content
By purchasing or enrolling in any product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS & SERVICES
All products and services are:
Digital and/or service-based
Delivered online via platforms, email, or coaching environments
No physical goods are provided.
3. ELIGIBILITY
By purchasing or enrolling, you confirm:
You are 18 years or older
You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing
You will seek medical advice where necessary before engaging in physical activity
4. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be made in full or via an agreed payment plan
Payment plans are legally binding and must be completed
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access
5. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of all products and services:
All sales are final
No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or the program has commenced
Payment plans must be completed regardless of participation
Exceptions may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Coach Titilayo.
6. ACCESS & DELIVERY
Access to programs and materials is granted via designated platforms
Access duration may vary depending on the product or service
Coach Titilayo reserves the right to update, modify, or improve content at any time
7. PARTICIPATION & RESULTS DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge that:
Results are not guaranteed
Outcomes depend on your commitment, consistency, and personal circumstances
Coaching and content are for guidance and education only
8. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
All content is provided for educational and lifestyle purposes only
It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
You participate at your own risk.
Coach Titilayo and Food Creates Fitness Ltd are not liable for:
Injury or health issues
Misuse of information
Any outcomes resulting from participation
9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Where community access is provided, you agree to:
Treat others with respect
Maintain appropriate boundaries
Avoid harmful, abusive, or disruptive behaviour
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including but not limited to:
Videos
Workouts
Audio recordings
Written materials
Frameworks and systems
Are the property of Coach Titilayo / Food Creates Fitness Ltd.
You may not:
Copy
Share
Reproduce
Distribute
Resell
Without written permission.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal information shared in coaching spaces will be respected
Group environments are not guaranteed to be confidential
You are responsible for what you choose to share
12. TERMINATION
Coach Titilayo reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate access
Remove participants
If:
Payments are not completed
Terms are breached
Behaviour disrupts the program environment
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Coach Titilayo and Food Creates Fitness Ltd are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of income or opportunity
Personal decisions made based on program content
14. DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
Data is used for communication and service delivery only
It will not be shared without consent unless required by law
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
Coach Titilayo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
