Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t just teach you how to move your body — I teach you how to honor it. This is fitness rooted in self-love, culture, rhythm, and balance. No toxic diet culture, no “snapback” pressure. Just strength, softness, and sustainability — in a way that feels like home.
Most of my programs are designed to be flexible and doable for busy women. You can expect to spend 20–35 minutes a day, depending on your schedule and which phase of the program you’re in. The focus is on consistency over intensity — small, intentional steps lead to lasting change.
We take a whole-life approach. This means your growth doesn’t happen outside your life — it happens within it. I’ll guide you through simple mindset shifts, body movement, and time-saving practices that help you integrate self-care, wellness, and purpose into your current routine, without burning out or feeling guilty.
Yes. Most of my clients are busy working women or mums juggling a lot. That’s why my approach is practical, time-saving, and fits into your lifestyle — without guilt or overwhelm. You don’t have to choose between family, work, or yourself — you can make space for all.
True wellness for Black and African women means honoring your heritage, your unique body, and your lived experience. It’s about healing from inherited struggles, embracing your joy, nurturing your mind and body, and living life fully — without trying to fit into Western ideals or suppress who you truly are.
It depends on your current goals:
Unlock You is best if you’re starting fresh, craving a deep transformation, and want a holistic reset for mind and body.
Elevate You is for women who’ve done the inner work and are now ready to strengthen their physical body and routines.
You can also begin with my low-cost group coaching or monthly classes to build confidence and momentum.
It means removing the emotional, cultural, and physical barriers that have kept you small. In this space, unlocking your potential means giving yourself permission to rest, rise, and be well — not just survive. It’s about reclaiming your voice, your body, and your story.
Because women carry a unique emotional and physical burden — especially Black and African women. Our bodies, emotions, and roles are often overlooked. This space is created to center your needs, your healing, and your joy, in a way that’s nourishing and empowering, not punishing.
Yes! All my coaching, classes, and programs are available online and globally. Whether you’re in Nigeria, the US, Europe, or anywhere else, you can join the community and access everything via your phone or laptop.
Not at all. You can start from where you are — whether you’re recovering from stress, illness, or haven’t moved in a while. My programs are designed to meet you with grace, and grow with you. No judgment, just movement, mindset, and support.
Not exactly. My programs go beyond weight loss. They help you feel stronger, lighter (emotionally and physically), and more confident in your own skin — whether you lose weight or not. If fat loss is a goal, we’ll guide you with balance, not restriction.
Yes. My focus isn’t on restrictive diets — it’s on nourishing your body in a sustainable way. You’ll learn how to eat well, move intentionally, and shift your mindset so that weight loss (if desired) happens as a by-product of self-care, not punishment.
We don’t leave your culture at the door — we celebrate it. I help you find ways to enjoy your traditional meals while still making nutritious, empowering choices. You don’t need to abandon jollof rice, moimoi, or efo riro — you’ll learn how to work with your culture, not against it.
Yes, many of my sessions, meals, and coaching examples draw from African, Caribbean, and non-Western experiences. From music to movement to mindset — you’ll feel seen, heard, and represented. It’s about creating a safe space that speaks your language.
Yes. While the programs are not religious, they honor the spiritual growth and inner reflection that many women value. You’ll find space to reconnect with your true self, your intuition, and if you’re faith-based — to align your wellness with your beliefs.
You can expect to feel more energised, more focused, more confident, and more connected to your body — often within the first few weeks. Physical transformation varies, but the emotional and mental shift starts as soon as you start showing up for yourself.
