You know who you are. Now give yourself a place to practise being her.
▶ Watch a short intro from me before you decideThere are moments when you feel entirely like yourself. On holiday. In a conversation where you finally say what you mean. On a day when you choose what matters to you instead of what everyone expects.
You can see the woman you are becoming. You have even lived as her. But then ordinary life gets busy, familiar demands return, and the version of you with years of practice takes over again.
Identity Reset Club is a reflective and accountability space for women who are ready to practise being who they truly are in everyday life.
The life you desire asks something of you
You may have done the inner work. You may know the beliefs you want to change and the decisions you want to make. Knowing is a beginning. Living it when you're tired, pulled in different directions, or facing an old pattern is where the practice happens.
The way you show up today has been rehearsed for years. Of course it can feel easier to return to what you know. You deserve a place where you can pause, choose again and keep returning to the woman you want to be.
This is the heart of Identity Reset Club: a weekly moment to reflect, and a gentle rhythm of action that brings that reflection into your real life.
Not a demand to become someone else. A space to live more fully as yourself, with room for freedom, rest, joy and the gifts God has for you.
How the club works
Each week, I'll bring a video and a reflection prompt shaped by real situations women face: the moment you want to shrink, the decision you've been putting off, the boundary you want to hold, or the desire you keep talking yourself out of. Join live when you can, or watch the recording when it suits your life.
Take the prompt to your journal and explore it honestly. Your personal reflections are yours. You never have to share the details with the group to belong here.
Come back to your own space to record where you practised being yourself that day. A check-in might be as simple as: "Today I spoke up," "I rested without explaining myself," or "I noticed the old pattern and chose again."
Aim for five check-ins each week. Life happens, so this is an invitation to practise, not a pass-or-fail rule. If five feels like too much in a particular week, return for one honest check-in. The point is to keep showing up.
Connect with other women who are practising their own version of becoming. Share a daily or weekly win if you'd like, or simply witness someone else's. Your story is always yours to share at your own pace.
Join whenever you're ready. Start with the two foundation trainings — Reset the Patterns and The Identity Framework — then explore any weekly lesson that meets you where you are now. The library keeps growing, so you'll never run out of somewhere to go next.
My role in the space
I'll bring the weekly reflection, model the practice and check in with the community. I'll come into the community around once a day to read and respond, rather than being available for immediate replies throughout the day.
This club gives you space, guidance and accountability for your own practice. If you need to talk something through privately, you can book a complimentary 30-minute clarity call with me. Further one-to-one coaching can be booked separately.
Is Identity Reset Club for you?
It may be if you recognise yourself in this:
- You know there is a freer, fuller version of you, and you want to live as her more consistently.
- You are tired of feeling like yourself only on holiday or on the occasional good day.
- You want a pause between an old reaction and a new choice.
- You value reflection, but you also want a reason to put what you discover into practice.
- You want community without pressure to disclose everything you are working through.
You do not need to arrive confident or have your whole life mapped out. You only need to be willing to begin where you are.
You've been doing the self-development work — on your own, through courses, journaling, maybe even talking things through with AI. But self-development in isolation has a ceiling: even AI coaching can only reflect back the same perspective you keep feeding it, so you end up going round the same loop rather than actually moving. Identity Reset Club gives you what solo self-development can't — other women doing the same work alongside you, and a place to bring what you've already reflected on (including your own AI conversations) into practice with real accountability, without needing to sign up for full hands-on coaching.
Identity Reset Club and Life Reset
Identity Reset Club is a self-directed practice in community. You reflect, check in, use the library and choose the steps you take. My guidance gives you a rhythm to return to.
Life Reset is different — a fully structured, nine-month hands-on programme, with direct coaching from me either one-to-one or in an intimate group. It goes further than the club can, with more direct support built around your specific life. If you want that level of support:
